No monetary value. The Personal Match Invitation has no monetary value and does not constitute a prize, competition, lottery, or promotional offer of any kind under Spanish law (Ley 13/2011 de regulación del juego) or any applicable EU regulation. No cash alternative or equivalent is available.
No compensation or exchange. No monetary value is exchanged between The Global Madridista and any member in connection with the invitation. Members are invited to attend as personal, non-paying guests. No payment is made, requested, or implied in relation to attendance.
Not transferable. The invitation to attend is personal and non-transferable. It may not be sold, exchanged, auctioned, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
No legal obligation. The Personal Match Invitation creates no legal obligation on either The Global Madridista or any member. The Global Madridista reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the invitation at any time without prior notice and without liability of any kind.
No ownership transferred. No property, rights, tickets, or assets of any kind are transferred to any member as a result of the invitation. The selected member is invited as a personal guest of The Global Madridista for a single matchday occasion only.
Membership basis. Membership of The Global Madridista or Bernabéu Insider on Patreon is based exclusively on access to the commentary, analysis, briefings, and content produced by The Global Madridista. The Personal Match Invitation is an entirely discretionary gesture of personal hospitality and forms no part of the contractual basis of membership. Members do not subscribe for the purpose of receiving an invitation, and the invitation in no way constitutes a guaranteed benefit of membership.
Jurisdiction. This notice is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising in connection with the invitation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
